cough please

So the next (and basically last) packet of papers that I have to worry about filling out came in the mail last week... the Health Review Kit. I'm pretty sure my blood pressure sky-rocketed, but now that I have made all the necessary appointments, I'm back to almost-calm. Physical w/lab. Dental exam w/x-ray. Eyeglass prescription. I'm done with the physical, and half done with the lab work. And as luck would have it I will need a tetanus shot. 1995+10=2005. Crap! But I suppose, what's one more needle when I'm already looking at several?
